What’s in your Peace Toolkit?

A toolkit. A toolkit to help you return to center, to chill, to peace.

Here are a few of the tools that help me and are a part of my Peace Toolkit. These are tools I use all the time, and more so on days that are hardcore and tough, where you’re like is this really happening? You know, the days where you’re like – what the what!?!? I also use them when I need help returning to peace and coming back to my center.

Some days I use them all! It depends on the moment, situation and how I’m impacted.

This toolkit helps reduce my reactivity to a stressful situation, decrease my anxiety, and reduce my fear based thinking.

Friends, I encourage you to create your own Peace Toolkit to use at moments of your choosing. Customize it to include tools and skills of your choosing. Here are 4 simple steps to create your Rock Solid Peace Toolkit

Step 1: Identify what tools/skills help you return to peace when the world, a situation, or moment rocks your peace.

Step 2: Use your tools to return to peace

Step 3: Enjoy your present

Step 4: Repeat as needed!

Below are some of the tools and skills in my Peace Toolkit, feel free to add them to yours! I hope this posts serves you and helps you to return to peace and enjoy your present.

Love, Nancy
